Access via Reports in the sidebar.
Key Metrics
- Job Views: Total traffic to your listings.
- Application Rate: Percentage of viewers who apply.
- Time to Hire: Average days from "Job Posted" to "Hired".
- Pipeline Health: Number of active candidates in each stage.

- Organic: Google, Bing
- Direct: Your website / widget
- Social: LinkedIn, Twitter
- Job Boards: Referrals from aggregators
- Referrals: Employee referral links

Exporting Reports
Need to share data with stakeholders?
- Click Export in the top right
- Choose Date Range (Last 30 Days, YTD, Custom)
- Choose Format: CSV or PDF
- Download
Privacy
Reports contain aggregated data. To export raw candidate data, use the "Export Candidates" option in the Jobs dashboard.
