Quick Start Guide

Get started with Flowxtra in just 5 minutes. This guide will walk you through creating your account, setting up your company profile, and posting your first job.

Prerequisites: You'll need a valid email address and basic information about your company.

5-Minute Setup

Create Your Account

  1. Visit flowxtra.com and click Sign Up
  2. Enter your email address and create a secure password
  3. Verify your email address by clicking the link sent to your inbox
  4. Complete your profile with your name and job title

Use a strong password with at least 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, and numbers.

Set Up Your Company Profile

  1. Navigate to Settings > Company Profile
  2. Enter your company information:
    • Company name
    • Industry
    • Company size
    • Website URL
    • Company description
  3. Upload your company logo
  4. Add your company location
  5. Click Save Changes

A complete company profile helps attract better candidates and improves your job posting visibility.

Post Your First Job

  1. Click Create Job from your dashboard
  2. Fill in the job details:
    • Job title
    • Department
    • Employment type (Full-time, Part-time, Contract, etc.)
    • Location (On-site, Remote, Hybrid)
  3. Write your job description or use our AI-powered generator
  4. Set salary range and benefits
  5. Configure application settings
  6. Click Publish

Your job is now live and visible to candidates!

Start Receiving Applications

  1. Share your job posting link on social media
  2. Enable email notifications for new applications
  3. Review applications in your dashboard
  4. Use filters to find the best candidates

Applications will appear in your dashboard immediately. You'll also receive email notifications for each new application.

How long does it take for my job to go live?

Jobs are published immediately after you click Publish. They become searchable on Flowxtra within seconds.

Can I edit my job posting after publishing?

Yes! You can edit any job posting at any time. Changes are reflected immediately.

How do I invite team members?

Navigate to Settings > Team Members and click Invite Member. Enter their email address and assign a role.

Is there a limit to how many jobs I can post?

Limits depend on your subscription plan. Check your plan details in Settings > Subscription.
