Creating an Account
Get started with Flowxtra by creating your account. This guide will walk you through the registration process and initial setup.
Prerequisites
Before creating your account, make sure you have:
- A valid business email address
- Basic information about your company
- A secure password in mind
We recommend using your work email address rather than a personal email for better organization and security.
Account Creation Process
Visit the Sign-Up Page
- Navigate to flowxtra.com
- Click the Sign Up button in the top right corner
- You'll be directed to the registration form
Enter Your Information
Fill in the required fields:
Personal Information
- Full Name: Your first and last name
- Email Address: Your work email
- Password: Create a strong password
Password Requirements:
- Minimum 8 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one number
- At least one special character (recommended)
Choose a strong, unique password. Avoid using the same password you use for other services.
Company Information
- Company Name: Your organization's legal name
- Industry: Select from dropdown
- Company Size: Number of employees
- Job Title: Your role in the company
Terms and Conditions
- Read the Terms of Service
- Read the Privacy Policy
- Check the box to agree to both
Click Create Account to proceed.
Verify Your Email
- Check your email inbox for a verification message from Flowxtra
- Click the Verify Email link in the email
- You'll be redirected to the Flowxtra dashboard
Didn't receive the email?
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Wait a few minutes and try again
- Click "Resend Verification Email" on the dashboard
The verification link expires after 24 hours. If it expires, request a new one from your dashboard.
Complete Your Profile
After email verification, complete your profile:
- Upload Profile Picture (optional but recommended)
- Set Your Timezone: For accurate scheduling
- Choose Notification Preferences: Email and in-app notifications
- Select Language: Interface language (English, German, Arabic)
Click Save and Continue to proceed to company setup.
Set Up Your Company Profile
Configure your company information:
Basic Information
- Company Logo: Upload your logo (PNG, JPG, or SVG)
- Company Description: Brief overview of your company
- Website URL: Your company website
- Founded Year: When your company was established
Contact Information
- Phone Number: Main company phone
- Email: General company email
- Address: Company headquarters address
Social Media
Add links to your social media profiles:
- LinkedIn company page
- Twitter/X account
- Facebook page
- Instagram account
Click Save Company Profile to finish setup.
After Account Creation
Dashboard Overview
Once your account is created, you'll see your dashboard with:
- Quick Actions: Create job, invite team members
- Recent Activity: Latest applications and updates
- Statistics: Job views, applications, and conversions
- Getting Started Checklist: Tasks to complete setup

All new accounts start with a 14-day free trial:
- Full access to all features
- Unlimited job postings
- Up to 100 applications
- No credit card required
Paid Plans
After the trial, choose from our plans:
- Starter: For small teams (1-10 employees)
- Professional: For growing companies (11-50 employees)
- Business: For established companies (51-200 employees)
- Enterprise: For large organizations (200+ employees)

Security Best Practices
Password Security
- Use a unique password for Flowxtra
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA)
- Change your password regularly
- Never share your password
Account Security
- Review login activity regularly
- Log out from shared devices
- Use secure networks (avoid public Wi-Fi)
- Enable session timeout

Common Issues
Email Verification Not Received
Solutions:
- Check spam/junk folder
- Add noreply@flowxtra.com to your contacts
- Request a new verification email
- Contact support if issue persists
Password Reset
If you forget your password:
- Click Forgot Password on login page
- Enter your email address
- Check email for reset link
- Create a new password
- Log in with new password
Account Already Exists
If you see "Email already registered":
- Try logging in instead of signing up
- Use password reset if you forgot password
- Check if you have multiple email addresses
- Contact support for help
Company Name Already Taken
If your company name is taken:
- Add a location (e.g., "Acme Corp - New York")
- Include a descriptor (e.g., "Acme Corp - Software")
- Use your legal entity name
- Contact support to verify ownership
Deleting Your Account
If you need to delete your account:
- Navigate to Settings > Account
- Scroll to Danger Zone
- Click Delete Account
- Confirm deletion
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including job postings and applications, will be deleted.
Before deleting:
- Export your data
- Close all active job postings
- Notify your team members
- Cancel your subscription
